Business unit: International Consumer Card and Small Business Services (ICSS) This position is for the UK Graduate Programme Marketing Stream within the International Consumer Card and Small Business Services (ICSS) function based in London. As part of your Marketing team within the ICSS you will have the opportunity to develop and execute marketing strategies which will contribute to the profitability and success of our business. In the scheme you will be assigned to one of the many groups - ranging from Merchant acquisition, Cardmember engagement to developing our Global Market Insights. You may also be involved in identifying new and under-served market segments and conceptualising marketing strategies - from inception through implementation. The possibilities are endless. ICSS is responsible for the marketing and branding of the iconic American Express card products - Green, Glod, Platinum and Centurion as well as developing fantastic partnerships and co-branded cards with companies like British Airways. As a Marketing Graduate, you will have the opportunity to deliver outstanding card value propositions and drive market share growth for the company as you contribute to the execution of our Premium Strategy. With a firm focus on your development, you will take part in three six month rotations across teams such as Customer and Brand Management, Lending and Acquisition. Responsibilities will differ in each rotation according to the needs of the business at the time. On completion of the final rotation you will transition to a permanent role within ICSS UK.
