Development and Training: Our Training Programmes are designed not only to develop your business skills but to facilitate your integration into our culture. From the moment you embark upon the programme, we are committed to providing you with the opportunity to succeed. You will attend an in-depth induction which will give you a greater understanding of our business and culture. In addition to this a mixture of developmental and bespoke courses are offered in-house, together with on-the-job learning that will equip you with the skills and experience you need to be successful in our business.
Based in one of our different business Groups, you will follow a structured programme of 2 or 3 rotations around American Express which will increase your understanding of the organisation.
Upon joining the organisation, in addition to being supported by your Manager you will be provided with both a Graduate buddy, and a mentor who will act as an independent advisor and confidant to advise you on your career and development.
Salary and Benefits: - Full time salary of £24,000
