Yes. Since there is no contract to sign, you can begin accepting Travelers Cheques immediately. Contact Customer Service to receive the latest information and other materials from American Express. | How do I accept Travelers Cheques?
Travelers Cheques are accepted as easily as cash. Simply watch your customer countersign the Travelers Cheque(s), then compare the countersignature with the original signature. As long as the signatures are a reasonable match, your payment is guaranteed by American Express. There is no need for any other identification.
