Travellers Cheques are easy to use. Simply sign the Cheques in the upper left-hand corner at the time of purchase. Also, be sure to write down the serial numbers so that you are protected in the event your Cheques are lost or stolen. When you're ready to use a Cheque, just sign your name in the lower left-hand corner in the presence of the acceptor.

Travellers Cheques are available in eight currencies, including the EURO. By purchasing Foreign Currency Travellers Cheques before your trip, you may even lock in competitive exchange rates and get even better value for your money.

You can buy American Express Travellers Cheques* at all major banks in New Zealand; ANZ, ASB Bank, Bank of New Zealand, National Bank of New Zealand, TSB Bank, Westpac Bank and affilliated Foreign Exchange Bureaux.
