To use any CPS PaymentLink Online tool, you will need Windows 95 or later, IE v5.01 or higher, Netscape v4 or higher.
*If you interested in upgrading to Payment Link Online Enhance or Payment Link Online Premium, please contact Customer Services on 01273 607000, Option 2.
2. Download the necessary forms using the link below. You will need to complete the following forms:
a. Product Checklist
b. Direct Debit Instruction
3. Return the forms to American Express at the following address (no stamp required):
