Charges made in foreign currencies: The conversion commission is 2.5% for each charge. Reward Miles Reinstatement Fee: $10.00 for each reinstatement through Online Services or $15.00 for each reinstatement through other service channels (plus applicable taxes).  See “Rewards” section for details. Except as otherwise noted, these fees and commission will be charged when they are incurred and will be included on the next statement.

1. Account must be in good standing. AIR MILES reward miles will be earned on the amount of all eligible purchases, less credits and returns. Funds Advances, Finance Charges, balance transfers, AMEX cheques, annual fees (if applicable), other fees, and charges for travellers cheques and foreign currencies are not purchases and do not qualify for reward miles.

2. Account must be in good standing. 200 Bonus reward miles will be awarded upon first use of an approved Card, when you apply online by December 31, 2009. Please allow up to six weeks for the bonus to be awarded. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
