A weekend at the beautiful Albergo di Pietrasanta hotel in Tuscany never fails to restore me. Floating through art galleries, lounging in cafés with my cappuccino, relaxing in a trattoria with a glass of wine in one hand, twirling some home-made pasta with the other, and looking out over the Tuscan hills – emails, deadlines, public transport seem an awfully long way away. And an extra day’s stay, thanks to American Express, gives me a delicious dilemma to enjoy.
