American Express International and Global Corporate Services (AEIGCS) is an umbrella organization for six lines of business. This portion of the organization comprises approximately 45,000 employees who make up roughly 60% of the total American Express employee base, 76% of whom are dispersed across 112 countries outside the U.S.
The AEIGCS lines of business include: Global Commercial Card (GCC), Global Travel Services (GTS), Customer Service International (CSI), Establishment Services International (ESI), American Express Bank (AEB) and International Consumer and Small Business Services (ICSS) which includes a central marketing team called International Consumer Product Marketing (ICPM).
