AXPi is responsible for leading the creation of interactive strategy services and capabilities across American Express that result in a superior customer and employee experience.

There are a variety of positions in AXPi, including interactive strategy, capabilities development, website development, intranet strategy and development, online servicing and acquisition, and interactive marketing initiatives. All positions are responsible for delivering value to internal partners and enhancing the customer’s online experience.
