- Know your Gift Card balance. Your Gift Card will be declined if it does not have enough funds to cover a transaction.
- If you intend to split payment between your Gift Card and another form of payment, check with the merchant before you begin the transaction.
- Sign the back of your Gift Card before using it.
- Promptly call 1-877-AXP-GIFT to report a lost or stolen Card. Funds used before we receive notification cannot be replaced.
- Your Gift Card comes with a choice of special offers from participating retailers and merchants nationwide.*
